The project consisted of the construction of 20 small business office units on a disused brownfield site of approximately 1.2 acres. The units were designed around a central courtyard.
Each unit is approximately 91sqm in area at ground and first floor levels, with a unisex sanitary accommodation. All units have the use of a communal meeting room and kitchen. Disabled access is available via a lift to the first floor. There are 4 car parking spaces per unit designed into the development with an area for visitor parking.
