Ground is broken on the Edge Lane site for the development of 150 homes for Liverpool Mutual Homes. The scheme will feature 50 Apartments, 57 Duplex Apartments and 38 Houses.
Strong demand is anticipated for the low-cost home-ownership properties, fuelled by the wider regeneration of the arterial Edge Lane corridor where major projects include the Royal Hospital, Knowledge Quarter and Liverpool Shopping Park.
The main contractor, Galliford Try will be aiming to complete construction works in 2020.
