The Practice operates within a Quality Management System based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9000:2005. Described in the Practice Quality Manual this specifies that systems and procedures adopted by the Practice should promote a uniformity of work method that enables an assured level of service to be provided on all projects, in accordance with the objectives of the Practice.
A copy of the Practice Quality Manual is available for inspection upon request.
