- Ensuring that all projects are supervised personally by a Director or Associate
- Employing qualified staff experienced in their respective fields and maintaining their competency by means of appropriate training
- Operating, maintaining and promoting an effective quality management system
- Taking a holistic approach to sustainable design, ensuring environmental, economic and social factors are considered within the commercial parameters of each project
- Utilising software packages to assist in the design, thermal appraisal and presentation of projects
- Reviewing, modifying and implementing procedures and systems to maintain the high quality service provided by the Practice
